From today, the platform will no longer be active and any listings, whether created by you or ones you were following, will no longer be available. There’s no action required on your part, and your data remains secure.
After careful consideration, we’ve decided that continuing to build the open call platform is no longer the right direction for us. This decision wasn’t taken lightly, but it reflects an intentional choice about where to focus our time and energy next.
To the organisers who listed opportunities, thank you for contributing to a more open and accessible art ecosystem. To everyone who explored, followed, and supported the platform along the way, we’re grateful you took the time to engage with what we were building.
GetScene was created as an artist-led project, driven by a belief in creative community and the importance of supporting one another. We’re proud of what was built during this chapter, and the people who were part of it.
